The Hay - Adams Hotel Washington

The attention to detail at this hotel is excellent. Upon arrival, I was really surprised to find a beautiful flower arrangement in my room. The beds were comfortable, and the room itself was quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast served in the dining room was delicious, and the staff were attentive and friendly. One particular staff member, Leire Falcon, the concierge, stood out for her helpfulness and professionalism. The location of the hotel was ideal for visiting the nearby sites. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the noisy bar and the pricey parking, my stay at this hotel was lovely and honestly, it was hard to leave. I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect service and wonderful amenities.

The location of the hotel is ideal for city trips as it is close to the White House and other major attractions. It is conveniently situated between two metro stops, allowing for quick trips to just about anywhere. The rooms are clean and the sleeping quality is great, ensuring a comfortable stay. the hotel offers a bar in the basement, providing a convenient option for guests to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

One negative aspect is the lack of seating area in the lobby, making it difficult for guests to sit down and relax.

It's a wonderful Titanic-style hotel.. Mattresses a 10.. Service unn 10.. It's worth investing in that experience for those of you who have doubts.. Don't think you'll love asking for a room with a view of the White House.

Exceptional staff, comfortable room with character, perfect location for walking around, amazing fresh flowers in the foyer. Very comfortable bed, impeccable service, flawless meals in the restaurant. Great sleeping quality, enjoyed the bar in the basement, superior room cleanliness. Underrated hotel, one of the best places we've stayed in during our visit to the USA, made our last nights in the US enjoyable. Well done!

They don't have a good system, I arrived and didn't have a room, they put me to sleep in the living room of a suite on a sofa bed. Very uncomfortable I spent the night

I recently stayed at a hotel in Washington and was impressed with its location - it was directly across from the White House and close to all the sites in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with luxury beds and linens. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff welcoming us and providing personalized attention throughout our stay. The breakfast staff was a joy to see each morning and the concierge provided perfect suggestions for tours and places to visit. the hotel provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The bathroom in our room was a bit outdated, with old fixtures and limited space.

I was amazed by the very nice location of this hotel, just steps away from iconic landmarks like the White House and a short bike ride to Georgetown. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I especially want to thank Leire Falcon from the concierge desk for her excellent recommendations on day trips and dining options. I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and great service.

The location of the hotel was perfect, making it easy to explore the city and its attractions. The room service provided delicious food, a great convenience. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

There were no coffee machines in the rooms, a bit disappointing. I also found it inconvenient that there was no seating area apart from the lobby.

This hotel has a luxurious and exclusive ambiance, offering live entertainment in the lounge area and a great location advantage. the room had amazing exclusive amenities that made my stay very comfortable. the continental breakfast was also a delicious and delightful advantage that exceeded my expectations.

The packed lunch could have been better, as it lacked variety and had only one option. Nonetheless, the service was impeccable and private facilities were fantastic.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, with the White House just a stone's throw away. We were able to easily walk to many of the major attractions and it was conveniently located between two metro stops. The hotel staff were really good too meet all our needs, from the friendly check-in to the helpful concierge who gave great recommendations for restaurants and booked our tours. The room was elegant and comfortable, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. We also enjoyed dining at the Lafayette room and the in-room dining service was really good.

the luxurious amenities were exquisite, and all our needs were fulfilled. We were delighted with the private facilities that were available for our use, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect, with easy access to all the city's attractions, and the special diet menus in the restaurant were excellent.
